  1. Community Relations Manager (CRM)
    • S1 degree in Social Science or any discipline
    • 5 years experience in related field, preferably at the coal/mining company
    • Good relationship with Community, Government Institution and Non Government Organization
    • Good in managerial skills
    • Able to work with people from various levels of communities
    • Willing to work and live at remote area
  2. Human Resources Manager (HRM)
    • S1 degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related
    • 10 years experience in handling HR Department (training, industrial relations, recruitment, administration)
    • Having good knowledge and ability to manage and administer in organization
    • Having good knowledge of expatriate formalities and manpower regulation
  3. Community Development Officer (CDO)
    • S1 degree in Social Science or any discipline
    • 3 years experience as CDO, preferably at the coal/mining company
    • Good relationship with Community, Government Institution and Non Government Organization
    • Posses good concepts on Community Development, Community Empowerment and Local Business Development Program
    • Good administrative skills
    • Able to work with people from various levels of communities
    • Willing to work and live at remote area
  4. Mine Planning Superintendent (MPSPDT)
    • S1 Degree in Mine Engineering
    • 7 years experience in long term mine plan
    • Familiar with mining software (Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, Minex)
  5. Geotechnical Engineer (GTE)
    • S1 degree in Geotechnical background
    • 6 years experience in open pit coal mining
    • Having experiences in coal mining feasibility study project
    • Familiar to use Medsystem and Minesight or Mincom, GeoSlope/W, and Autocad
    • Having knowledge in rock/soil mechanics, coal modelling and groundwater modelling
  6. Shift Engineer (SE)
    • S1 degree in Mine Engineering
    • 5 years experience in coal mining operation
    • Having knowledge of Mincom program
    • Familiar to use MineScape or Mine Sight and AutoCAD
  7. Drill and Blasting Section Chief (DBSC)
    • S1 degree in Mine Engineering
    • 6 years experience in drilling and blasting field
    • Having knowledge of drilling and blasting technique and explosive rule
    • Having experience in operating te drilling equipment
    • Familiar to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
  8. Blending Section Chief (BSC)
    • S1 degree in Mine Engineering
    • 3~5 years experience in mine operations
    • Certified in AMDAL A
    • Good knowledge on Environment Management System
    • Good understanding of ISO 1400:1996 is preferable
    • Having "SIM A" (Driving License)
  9. Mining Engineer (ME)
    • S1 degree in Mine Engineering
    • 0~3 years experience in Mine Planning
    • Experience in long term mine planning, mine engineering support and mining engineering project study/evaluation is perefable
  10. Geologist (GEO)
    • S1 degree in Geology Engineering
    • 0~3 years experience as geologyst
    • Experience in long term geological modelling, geological technical services, and operation supports is preferable
  11. Coal Hauling Supervisor (CHSPV)
    • S1 degree in Mine or Civil Engineering
    • 1~2 years experience in mining operation
  12. Mechanical Engineer Supervisor (MES)
    • S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • 1~2 years experience in handling mine/port facilities maintenance, modifying the machines, controlling the maintenance budget
  13. Contractor Management Supervisor (CMS)
    • S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • 0~3 years experience in mine operations
  14. Washing Plant Supervisor (WPS)
    • S1 degree in Mine Engineering
    • Fresh graduate welcome to apply
  15. Shiploading Operation Supervisor (SOS)
    • S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and Marine
    • 1~2 years experience in shipping operation at Coal Mining company is preferable
  16. Administration Mine Manager (AMM)
    • S1 degree in Management
    • 10 years experience in handling HR, Finance, Accounting, General Services, External Relations, and QSE
    • Having good understanding of Manpower Law and Regulation
    • Having capability in Negotiation
  17. General Services Manager (GSM)
    • S1 degree in Management
    • 7 years experience in handling Warehouse, Purchasing, General Affairs, and Company Assets
