Basically response to Building Fault Request (BFR), analysis the faults and recommends feasible rectification proposals for implementation, responsible for cost viability, planning and execution of building and civil works for repairs and improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in building construction and maintenance. Familiar with construction (material and equipment), material cost data and schedulling, must be self-driven with good sense of urgency. Able to produce good and consistent result at all times. Able to influence and motivated subordinates and must be a problem solver.

Power Transmission Engineer (PTE)
Ensure electrical supply networks is efficiently and reliably operated and maintained by planning, organizing and implementing operational and maintenance program diligently.
Requirements: Degree holder in Electrical Engineering, 3 years experience in HT Power Transmission System, Tower and Pole Transmission, Experience in operation of substation and repair of transmission.

HR Executive (HRE)
Requirements: Degree holder major in Law/Psychology Faculty, familiar with Indonesia Labor, min. 3 years experience in the similiar field with strong point in Industrial Relation and Compensation & Benefit.

Environmental Specialist (ES)
Conduct routine environmental inspection and audit BBIR area, coordinate different environmental mitigation with Resorts, liaise with governmental agencies regarding environmental issues and supervise waste management activities.
Requirements: Degree holder in Biology/Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering, 3 years experience in environmental auditing. Knowledge in Indonesia and International Environmental Regulation.

Finance & Accounting Executive (FAE)
Requirements: University Degree, knowledge and skill in finance, accounting, and taxation. Min. 3 years experience in similar position, self motivated and willing to work under pressure.

Mechanical Supervisor (MS)
Responsible for the preventive mechanical maintenance of power generator equipments in order to avoid break downs and related supply interruption.
Requirements: Degree holder in Mechanical, 3 years experience in related function.

Electrical Supervisor (ES)
Responsible for the running electrical system in power generator.
Requirements: Degree holder in Electrical, 3 years experience in related function.

Customer Relation Staff (CRS)
Requirements: Male/Female; Diploma/High School with min. 2 years experience, pleasant personality and customer oriented, enjoy working in out door activities, computer literate (MS Office), having a driving license will be advantage. Fluent in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean.

Nurse (NS)
Requirements: D3 Nursing, has experience to handle emergency situations, ability to use and operate medical equipment, 2 years experience in hospital or 24 hours Clinic.

Primary School Teacher (PST)
Requirements: 2 years experiences in related function, Posses a passion to work with children, posses A4 certificate (for non Teacher Training and Education Graduate)
