Civil Staff
Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from Civil or Architecture
• At least 2 years experience in the same field
• Sufficient in Design Development CME with CAD
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Good integrity, accountability, teamwork, decision making, and customer oriented
• Willing to travel

Job scope:

• Report to Property Manager in GA Department
• Design development for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical (CME) work
• Supervise implementation of design

GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF
Qualifications:

• Male
• Bachelor degree, preferably from Civil or Architecture
• At least 2 years experience in GA & HR
• Knowledge of building maintenance and project management
• Able to make good relationship with local government institution
• Good integrity, accountability, teamwork, decision making, and customer oriented
• Willing to be base in Pekanbaru

Job scope:

• Report to GA & Property Sr Manager in GA Department
• To handle and maintain office operational including general services, office facilities, operational cars, and management building
• To coordinate HR activities in regional office
