QHSE Manager
Job Description:

• Daily coordination of yard QA activities for all ongoing projects
• Planning & performing internal & vendor audits on periodic basis
• Ensuring all contractors adhere to schedule quality plans with adequate resources provided to the yard
• Maintaining a robust cross checking/process audit register
• Monitors Quality Assurance program implementation to ensure that working process are in compliance with established standard procedures and methods
• Observes Quality Assurance process to trace cause of production or service deficiency and assuring that corrective actions & preventive actions are attended to, on time with adequate actions
• Documentation & KPI record keeping for performance measurements
• Review/approval/distribution of all QA procedures
• Conducting quality related reviews with functional department and monitors the continual improvement of the work process
• Plan, coordinates and conducting training activities for quality awareness in the company
• Ensures that all resources used in the Company (workshops, sites, etc.) meet legal requirements
• Ensures that all Indokomas employees and employees from another company, on a site under a supervisor from PT. Indokomas Buana Perkasa, are regularly trained and authorized to standard certificates
• Draws up all method documents, in particular Health, Safety & Environment plans, procedures and instructions
• Check that safety measures are applied on sites, branch offices and head offices
• Prepare programs for HSE induction
• Performs and supervises HSE audit

Requirement:

• Shall be certified as AUDITOR for ISO 9001 and as a minimum having a Bachelor Degree in Engineering form a reputable university
• Should be able to work independently & consistently under a challenging onshore and offshore construction environment
• Shall have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in a similar position / organization
• Familiarity with international codes / stds, is a must with a good technical skills in the evaluation & interpretation of various technical requirements in the oil & gas industry
• Should be a quick learner, team player and mainly and extrovert
• Command in English language with self confidence and pleasing personality to deal with all levels and nationalities is very essential

PM Hydro power plant
Job Description:

• Reporting to General Manager
• Identified project opportunities and bringing the project assignment for the client
• Managing overall planning, staffing, bidding and execution of the project, ensuring critical project documents and procedures are developed, maintained and applied
• Plan and execute realistic cost and scheduling
• Manage the project management team and coordinating wit any other function and discipline to ensure compliance with client’s objectives throughout the life of the project (pre-commissioning until start up)
• Ensuring project activities and targets are progressed in accordance with the client’s requirement
• Develop plan to identify and manage areas of risks, providing technical assistant and advice to the project

Job Requirement:

• University graduated (S1) majoring in Electrical, instrumentation or other technical discipline
• At least 7 years experience as Project Manager in Hydropower Plant
• Fluent in English is a must
• Strong negotiation skill, analytical, proactive, self-motivated and problem solver
• Having an excellence computer skill
• Good leadership, proactive, self motivated and problem solver
• Hard worker and able to work in under pressure conditions, able to work independently and respect time schedule defined
• Good command in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to relocate within territory of Indonesia
