Responsibilities:
You will be responsible in managing the Market Area emphasizing in the Perishable section. This includes minimizing spoilage and wastage by developing value added items as well as organizing demo cooking area and production of Home Replacement Meal.
Personal Skills and Capabilities:
- You should have a minimum 2 (two) years experience as Chef de Partie/ Sous Chef in a reputable hotel and/or premiere free standing restaurant
- Passionate about your cooking with personal creative flair or signature style
- Customer-focused and have understanding in dealing with high profile customer
- A balance combination of organizational ability and hands-on management
- Quality and high service standard oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to assist the company in managing the whole aspects of Human Resources matters.
Personal Skills and Capabilities:
- You should have a minimum 5 (five) years previous experience in the field with 2 years in managerial position
- Previous experience in F&B industry is a plus
- Strong Leadership qualities
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Good Planner
- Strong understanding of Indonesia Labor Rules & Regulations
- Solid hands-on experience in at least 3 (three) of the following areas :
- Employee Counseling
- Recruitment and Selection
- Personnel Administration
- Designing, monitoring and evaluating Management Program
- Developing Training Material
- Conducting and coordinating Management and Supervisory Training
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to assist the team in providing service and information to the customers and an appointed person accountable to be the frontliner of the Gourmet Market operations.
Personal Skills and Capabilities:
- You should have a minimum 2 (two) years experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English
- Quality and high standard oriented
- Knowledge of F&B ingredients is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent personal presentation
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVES
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to assist the Management in developing all marketing activities.
Personal Skills and Capabilities:
- You should have a minimum 3 (three) years previous experience from hotel, airlines, advertising or media. Previous background in F&B related industry is a plus.
- Strong media contacts
- Experience preparing marketing communication plans
- Experience developing collateral and promotional material
- Good understanding of advertising strategies
- Good understanding of brand identity strategies
- Strong in organizing high profile special events
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
