Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent or with Professional qualification (ACCA, ICSA or CIMA).
  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in commercial credit and collection working in Multinational Company (MNC) or financial/banking institution, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position with supervisory experiences.
  • Technical competencies include good negotiation skills and the ability to operate the technological tools as it relates to areas of accountability, including Microsoft software and on-line collection software, credit risk management skills including company financials analysis and overall ability to balance risk factors for a comprehensive evaluation, ability to make independent credit decisions.
  • Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley and the basis requirements to support the same.
  • Preferably senior executives or managers specializing in Commercial Credit and Collection / Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills include ability to create and cultivate relationships, handle pressure & conflict and effectively communicate & work with both customers and internal sources.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
