QUALITY MANAGER (QM)
Main activities :
To control, maintain and improve the garment quality standards and the system and procedures.
Qualifications :

• S1 graduate with minimum 2 years experience as QC manager in garment manufacturing
• Strong leadership and good communication
• Speak and write good English

ENGINEERING MANAGER (EM)
Main activities :
To organize and control the work of the engineering team in Factory 4 ( 8 engineers ), ensuring that the machine breakdown is below 1%. Plus being an expert engineer and being able to train up the engineers.
Qualifications :

• At least 5 years working experience as an Engineering Manager in garment manufacture
• High level of skill in engineering - with industrial sewing machines
• Good management skills - strong leadership, good teamwork and good communication
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical \ Electrical engineering - is a plus
• Should be able to understand English

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PS)
Main activities :
Responsible for planning, organizing, co-coordinating and monitoring work flow in one line, make a plan to reach the target, make decisions and solution for problems that happen in their line, teach operators in their line how to achieve the target.
Qualifications :

• At least 1 year experience in garment manufacturing
• Minimum senior high school
• Good Leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge about the garment production process
