General Affair Supervisor (GA-Jb)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
To support the department in the General Affair and Maintenance & Building

REQUIREMENTS :

• Maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree any majoring
• Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in General Affair and Maintenance & Building
• Understanding of 5 S (Seiri,Seiton, Seizo, Seiketsu, Shitsuke)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio
• Good leadership and problem solving skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo – East Java or Karawang – West Java

Marketing Trainee (MKT-Jb)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• To support the department in the development, delivery and monitoring of marketing communications.
• To contribute to the regular review of internal and external publications.
• To maintain the marketing resource management system and library resources.
• To advise on corporate standard for all external documents and publications.
• To present communication plans and to advise on the impact on the marketing communications.
• To research and write copy for leaflets, publications, posters, advertisements and electronic media.
• Monitor and analyze ongoing marketing activities and consumer buying behaviors
• Provide marketing support, follow-up and timely execution of marketing activities

REQUIREMENTS :

• Male
• Maximum 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Preferably with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates may also apply
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong analytical skills
• Independent with lots of initiative, confidence, drive and a good team player
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to be placed in any location of Indonesia

Machine Operator (Code :OPR-Jb)
REQUIREMENTS :

• Male
• Maximum 29 years old
• Degree in engineering : mechanical or electrical technology
• Preferably with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates may also apply
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Positive, tactical-minded
• Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java or Sidoarjo – East Java

Production Supervisor (Code : PRS-Jb)
JOB DETAILS :

• Monitor daily yield, analyze defects' trends and initiate counter measures
• Effective deployment of resources to achieve production output, productivity, product quality

REQUIREMENTS :

• Male
• Minimum 25 years old
• Degree in engineering : mechanical, industrial, electrical or food technology
• Preferably with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field. Fresh graduates may also apply
• Having experiences in applying ISO 9001:2000 is a compulsary
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Positive, tactical-minded and able to communicate well with all level
• Fast learner and good adjustment
• Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java or Sidoarjo – East Java

Marketing Administrator (MADM-Jb)
