SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR (SEC)
Job Description :
  • Responsible for a variety of correspondence, reports, and attendance.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate arrangements for meetings and take minutes of meetings.
  • Prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data including information updates from every Department.
  • Screening & filing internal & external documents.
  • Responsible for travel arrangements and travel documentations.
  • Managing Petty Cash.
  • Support marketing & promotion activities.

Requirement:
  • Female, Max. 25 years old, single is a must
  • Candidate must posses at least D-3 (graduated from Secretarial Academy is peferable)
  • Preferred at least 1 year of working experience in the same field.
  • Good command in English, both in oral and written
  • Computer literate, Able to operate internet and some Windows application such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point & other related program
  • Have pleasant personality & appearance, with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, follow-up and organizational skills
  • Quick adapted, self starter & dynamic, available to work in flexible time
  • Domiciled in DKI Jakarta
CREDIT & RISK HEAD (CRH)
Job Description :
The position will be reporting directly to Board of Director
Main duties & responsibilities as follow :
  • Managing Credit Portfolio
  • Responsible in Credit Initiation process
  • Developing & Implementing Credit Policy
  • Analyzing & updating market condition which impacts to current portfolio
Requirement :
  • Minimum of University Graduate (S1/S2)
  • Maximum 40 years old.
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience in Credit Department (in banking or multifinance industry)
  • Strong knowledge in Corporate Finance Analysis (Business & Financial aspects)
  • Having exposure in Legal & Collection area
  • Basic Knowledge in Industry which use heavy equipment (Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Forestry & Agriculture) is a plus
FINANCIAL ANALYST
Job Description :
The position will take the responsibility in analyzing financial information of prospective customers (Financial report & other financial data)

Requirement :
  • Minimum of University Graduate (S1) in Accounting
  • Maximum 30 years old.
  • Should have at least 2 years experience in the same position or as an Auditor in Public Accountant Firm.
  • Experienced in doing due diligence.
  • Strong knowledge in Corporate Analysis (Business & Financial aspects)
  • Basic Knowledge in Industry which use heavy equipment (Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Forestry & Agriculture) is a plus
LEASING OFFICER (LO-JKT/PKB/SMD)
Job Description :
  • Achieving sales target within assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with prospective and existing customers.
  • Maintain updated market information on market trends and competitors activities.
Requirement :
  • Minimum of University Graduate (S1) in any major
  • Maximum 28 years old.
  • Should have at least 1 year experience in financial institution/banking industry.
  • Possess good analytical skills.
  • Good command in english, both oral and written.
  • Basic Knowledge in Industry which use heavy equipment (Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Forestry & Agriculture) is a plus.
