Izzi Pizza started life in Jakarta in 2002. Now comprising of 15 outlets in Jakarta, 1 in Surabaya and 2 outlets in Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia. IZZI is expanding to other regions with more than 10 restaurants to open by the end of 2008. As a group, IZZI currently serves a total of more than 200,000 meals a month, with IZZI Jakarta serving up to 6000 customers / day.

IZZI is planning to open up to 60 units in the next 3 years and to go public in its aim to grow to brand internationally.

In its search for continued excellent; IZZI is looking to fill the following position :

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
The Job Description :
  • Being super creative, the ideal candidates will have the ability to manage all marketing requirements for the brand, including advertising, promotions all collateral work and all PR related issues.
  • You will closely work with the President Director in all Branding & Image Program of the company from website design to Media Interviewers.
  • You will be able to write weekly press release in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of people from different departments to initiate super creative marketing programs and execute them in the stores to drive sales increase.
  • Fluent written and spoken English

The Requirements :
  • Male/Female below 35 years.
  • Graduate from reputable university.
  • Having minimum 5 years experience of Sales & Marketing
  • Restaurant / hospitality background is preferred
Project Manager
Responsibilities :
  • Make Project Budget based on Design Drawing and maintain to achieve it.
  • Make Project Schedule and maintain to deliver project on time
  • Coordinating all Project Work
  • Review Design Drawing and do necessary adjustment to site condition
  • Find all supplier related to fulfill all project items
  • Find construction methods to get more efficiencies on cost.
  • Organize and coordinate projects between internal team members and contractors
  • Coordinates with contractor, sub-contractor, supplier and presentation materials
  • Responsible for reviewing design and tender document and process, coordinating and review architectural work progress

Requirements :
  • Having minimum 3 years of professional working experience in related fields in commercial interior design/retail environments/Food & Beverages industry
  • Proficient in oral and written English with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop is a must
  • Comprehensive good knowledge on project overview and working details of drawings construction
  • Have a good knowledge about management with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Good teamwork spirits; hard working and able to work independently

  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work in a fast phase environment and under pressure
  • Good networking
  • Sourcing for quotation & research for information
  • Able to start a short notice
