HR Learning and Development Specialist
Reporting to Learning and Development Section Head, the ideal incumbent will have this following:
  1. Able to be based in Medan area
  2. Fluent in English and Indonesia verbal and written
  3. Possess working experience for at least 2 years in manufacturing industries for learning and development department. Consultancy background will be preferred.
  4. Must have skilled qualities in leadership capability, coaching and mentoring
Job descriptions:
  1. To coach the identified person in leadership
  2. To develop leadership skills
  3. To provide training in the classroom
Human Resource Manager
Job descriptions:
  1. To review existing HR organization within the group and to make necessary improvement in line with the long range planning and business models
  2. To continue strengthen current HR system and administration system
  3. To assist business units in finding and preparing the right human capital to support the operation of the group
  4. To support corporate HR in preparing Human Capital Plan, Budget and Performance Management Report
Requirements:
  1. He/she must have minimum education of Bachelor degree of Human Resource/Business Management/Accounting/Finance/Economy
  2. Experienced for 15 years in HR field with 10 years of managerial position
  3. Have a business understanding in manufacturing environment / palm oil plantation
  4. Excellent in English and Indonesian verbal and written.
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
