Distributor Analyst (DA)
Position Overview:
Distributor Analyst will assist Trade Marketing Accountant in recording, reviewing and analysing promotional discounts, distributor allowances, freight (transportation), and trade marketing spending, advertising and consumer promo spending, and trade spending of the customer. The incumbent will also ensure the validity and accuracy of the above charges consistent with company policies and procedures. He/She will conducts regular examination of documents/validation of claims relative to trade marketing, merchandising expense, and other related trade spending to ensure reasonability and propriety of claims and discuss/settles issues with Marketing & Trade Acct.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting (S1)
- Minimum 1- 2 years experience in general accounting or sales accounting
- Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and works well in a high-pressure environment
- Results oriented with emphasis on timeliness and quality of output
- Ability to focus on detail with high speed and accuracy
- Computer literate and adept in MS Office and relevant financial software tools (JDE)
Position Overview:
The incumbent of this position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Accounting Supervisor to process sales order from customer. He/she will ensure the timely recording and proper calculation of sales transactions, the correctness of entries in General Ledger accounts and the reconciliation of all sales and freight accounts per customer, stock keeping unit and brand. The incumbent will be responsible to validate all transaction entries and prepare monthly sales report.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting (S1)
- Minimum 1 year experience in general accounting or sales accounting.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of sales accounting processes and systems
- Self-starter and works well in a high-pressure environment
- Results oriented with emphasis on timeliness and quality of output
- Ability to focus on detail with high speed and accuracy
- Computer literate and adept in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and relevant financial software tools (JDE)
