QA Engineer
Requirements:
  • Max 35 years old of age
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering) from reputable University with min GPA 2.90 (of 4.0)
  • Experienced in QC process (preferable in automotive component) for at least 3 years
  • Familiar with painting process of automotive component is an advantage
  • Good communication in English
  • Good computer literature.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Responsible for all aspects of technical matters (product specification, product testing, product evaluation and documentation of test result)
  • Have to prepare present & implement solution for product enhancement
  • Acting as technical support of production & sales
  • Create product added value in design, quality, and competitiveness.
  • Search and develop working method, material usage, and technology effectiveness to produce best quality product with efficientcy budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Location: Jakarta
Role: Indetify potential institution for TVS motor cycle sales, negotiate corporate deals and ensure excellent customer relations and coordinate with field team & dealers for supply of motorcycles
Requirements:
  • S1 in Business Management
  • Age 35-40 years
  • Minimum 10 years sales experience in automobile/consumer durable industry
  • In depth knowledge in two wheelers buying practice of big institutions in Indonesia
  • Good communication skills and building relationship

Manager - Dealer Development (DDM)
Location: Jakarta
Role: Develop selection criteria for dealers, identify and negotiate with suppliers for dealer infrastructure development, build distribution network, assist sales & dealer's team in orginizing events.
Requirements:
  • S1 in Business Management
  • Age 35-40 years
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in automobile/consumer durable industry
  • Good communication and strong networking skills
  • Good understanding of market
  • Willing to travel

Area Manager - Sales (ASM)
Location: South Sumatra(Palembang), South Sulawesi(Makassar), Java
Role: Achieve sales target, identify potential dealers in all towns of the country in the given time schedule, develop sales forecast, develop sales strategy, build and retain highly energetic sales team.
Requirements:
  • S1 in Business Management
  • Age 32-36 years
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in automobile/consumer durable industry
  • Strong leadership with high energy level
  • Willing to travel and work hard

Engineer - Service (SE)
Location: Central Java, South Sumatra(Palembang), Riau, West Sumatra(Padang), South Sulawesi(Makassar), Surabaya, Karawang.
Role: Meet cutomers and understand their service needs, contact and develop service points, train and develop mechanics through regular dealer visits & attend to critical customer complaints.
Requirements:
  • D3 in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
  • Age 25-30 years
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile industry on vehicle service
  • Good in troubleshooting skill
  • Willing to travel
  • High orientation towards customer satisfaction

Officer - Traning (TO)
Location: Semarang, Medan, Surabaya
Role: Planning and organizing traning program for dealer and channel mechanics, maintaining regional training center, developing training module as per market requirement (after sales service)
Requirement:
  • D3/S1 Mechanical, age 28-32 years
  • Minimum 5 years training experience in service
  • Knowledge in learning content development
  • Experience in training delivery (theory & practical)
  • Good communication skills and willing to travel

Officer - Sales (SO)
