Commercial/Sales Engineer

• You will be responsible for:
• Responsible for managing strategy to create and maintain selling relations with customer.
• Ensure all the operation will suite the high customer satisfaction.
• Preparing all the presentation, proposal and bidding for the tender.
• Coordinating with operation teams for delivering the best service to the customers.
• Managing sales and revenue number and operating profit to reach and over the annual target.

Your profile:
Electrical Degree or Master from reputable University, Have a good communication skill and negotiations skill, Have a good knowledge of Sales and Marketing business, Have an experience with MV & LV Switchgear, or Transformer products, Have a good leadership, Good communication in English, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures, target, A team player, highly motivated and integrated.

Executive Secretary
You will be responsible for:

• Managing relationships and information between the shareholders and Management Board
• Managing relationship and information between the BOD & all management team
• Working under the direction of the Board of Director, assist and participate in the planning, organizing and facilitation of Corporate Issues
• Understanding of company management and able to communicate knowledgeably and confidently with Stakeholders
• Independent and self-sufficient, anticipating problems, providing solutions, working closely with the office management
• Commitment, enthusiasm and willingness to handle a mixed portfolio of work
• Responsible to make monthly report of the Units

Your profile:
Diploma degree in secretary from the best University in Indonesia with Excellent GPA, 3 years experience with the same position, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures, English is a must, Has an ability in French is an added value Excellent in using Computer Literature Highly motivated and integrated.

Project Engineer
You will be responsible for:

• Project Management and take care of master schedule planning to be deployed to department concerned
• Accomplishment to the annual sales target of unit, responsible begins with order intake and continues till delivery to the customers
• Providing customer satisfaction, checking and following manufacturing process in each phases, checking of cost project

Your profile:
Graduated in Electrical Engineering (Arus Kuat) from the best University in Indonesia / or Abroad University with GPA min 2.9 (on scale 4.0), Min. 3 year experience in the same field in the Project Management and has experience in Manufacturing, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures, English is a must, A team player, highly motivated and integrated.

Electrical Engineer
You will be responsible for:

• To provide electrical design support for manufacturing & estimating by providing cost effective solutions to customer requirements
• Support customer technical queries
• Provide electrical design as a reference for further process fulfilling cost effective

Your profile:
Graduated in Electrical Enginering (Arus Kuat) from the best University in Indonesia with Excellent GPA, Fresh graduated are welcome, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures, English is a must ability in French is an added value, Excellent in using Computer Literature, Highly motivated and integrated.

Mechanical Engineer
You will be responsible for:

• Make the calculation of Mechanical side
• Make the Soft Drawing
• Introduce the Design Review to the Production, QC, etc
• Make verification based on applicable tools

Your profile:
Diploma degree in mechanical or electrical (arus kuat) from the best University in Indonesia / or Abroad University, Experience in Mechanical Design, Min. 3 year experience in the same field, Knowledge in Calculation, Drawing or Design of Transformer, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures, English is a must, Excellent in using Personal Computer, especially in using Auto Cad A team player, highly motivated and integrated.

Production Supervisor
You will be responsible for:

• Monitor the working process in order to accomplish job based on related regulation and procedure.
• Monitor the material that will be used in the process or material stock in the warehouse.
• Establish the report to the superior if there are any deviation done in the production process.
• Discipline and establish the discipline behavior among the employees include. accomplishment of ISO procedure.

Your profile:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical (arus kuat), Experience with related field, min. 3 years will be an advantage, Have a knowledge in EHS procedures, Fluent in English both oral and written, Able to operate PC Office Software Application, A team player, Highly motivated and integrated. Has a knowledge in transformer production process.

Production Manager
You will be responsible for:

• Manage the department as ISO and quality, time and as fabric requirement by high efficiency
• Production planning and control
• Make and propose the budget proposal regarding employee, investment, tool and material usage to the BOD
• Make production report regarding the department activity
• Co-operate with Test QC, Engineering regarding the internal problem/remark and with customer service & after sales regarding external repaired

Your profile:
Electrical Degree major in power system transformer, Min 10 years experience and mastering the transformer production process in related dept, Have a good knowledge in ISO & EHS, Fluent to speak English both oral and written, Able to operate PC Office Software Application, A team player, Highly motivated and integrated.

Operation Manager
You will be responsible for:

• Plan, supervise and control the production activities in order to maximize the Q/C/D achievements and thus satisfy the customer
• Implement, supervise & follow up the quality control programs in order to secure customer satisfaction
• Totally responsible that all project orders are fulfilled to specification, budget and time thus ensuring customer satisfaction & business objectives for cash, sales turn over and gross margin are met. Clear management of cost to complete per project
• Maintain and improve equipments and processes in order to maximize and permanently increase productivity and quality
• Define, manage, supervise and control the logistic policy in order to respects deadlines and reduce costs

Your profile:
Electrical degree, Min 10 years experience and mastering in switchgear/panel and substation production process, Have a good knowledge in ISO & EHS and Supply Chain also Lean Manufacturing, Fluent to speak English both oral and written, Able to operate PC Office Software Application, A team player, Highly motivated and integrated.
