Due to our rapid development; currently we are looking for:
General Manager
As General Manager your will be responsible to manege the Eresha College and Eresha Language Center. Your main goal will be to get students and maintain the smooth operation of these 2 divsion. You have to manage all the departments under your supervision and and wrok in a team with them. You have to make sure the revenue target achieved and the cost effective implement well in the respective center. Good Experience in Education Sales & Marketing is a must, while knowledge in Leadership, Accounting and Management will be a benefit for the applicants.
Requirements:
- Male / Female; 30 - 35 yrs old
- Bachelor degree in any field with min. 5 yrs exp. in Education, with 3 years of it in Managerial level.
- Dynamic, independent as well as good in working with a team, cooperative
- Creative, innovative and good in communication
- Good in Marketing, sales & customer oriented
- Excellent in English and Office Application
- Ready to beat the target
- Familiar with Education system in Indonesia, Australia and Singapore will be highly appreciated
