CREDIT OFFICER
Credit Officer (CO CF Tegal Region), Credit Officer (CO CF Purwokerto Region), Credit Officer (CO CF Semarang Region)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Regional Credit Manager in each region, the incumbent will supervise the processing of Consumer Finance loan applications and ensure the completion of application process as well as responsible for the overall portfolio quality of the branch (Brebes or Pekalongan or Tegal branch - for Tegal Region, Cilacap or Purbalingga or Purwokerto branch - for Purwokerto Region, Jepara or Kudus or Salatiga branch - for Semarang Region).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a credit analyst in micro-banking / commercial loans.
  • Must have good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a strong customer service skill and pay close attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate a strong leadership skill and a high degree of integrity.
  • Must have commercial acumen, marketing orientation and drive to succeed with personal credibility.
  • Must have a good command of English, both verbal and written.
SALES OFFICER
Sales Officer (SO CF Tegal Region), Sales Officer (SO CF Purwokerto Region), Sales Officer (SO CF Semarang Region)
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to lead and monitor direct sales team in order to achieve branch sales target (Brebes or Pekalongan or Tegal branch - for Tegal Region, Cilacap or Purbalingga or Purwokerto branch - for Purwokerto Region, Jepara or Kudus or Salatiga branch - for Semarang Region).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales force management, preferably in finance / banking, insurance or retail industry.
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have sales driven, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and service oriented.
  • Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, a marketing orientation and drive to succeed.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
  • Must have a good command of English, both verbal and written.
BRANCH MANAGER
Branch Manager (BM CF Tegal Region), Branch Manager (BM CF Purwokerto Region), Branch Manager (BM CF Semarang Region)
Responsibilities:
Responsible in achieving branch target and maintaining service quality and operation of the branch (Brebes or Pekalongan or Tegal branch - for Tegal Region, Cilacap or Purbalingga or Purwokerto branch - for Purwokerto Region, Jepara or Kudus or Salatiga branch - for Semarang Region).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or Master degree from a reputable university.
  • 5-7 years of experience in leading sales team in financial / banking institution, insurance or retail industry.
  • Exposure in customer credit will be an added value.
  • Must have good people management and development skills.
  • Must have a good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Must have commercial acumen, marketing orientation and drive to succeed with personal credibility.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
Relationship Officer (RO CF Central Java)
Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible to interact with customers on a daily basis to understand individual customer profiles prior to processing applications.

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
  • Must have good analytical and interpersonal skills, strong customer service skill and pay close attention to detail.
