Sales & Marketing Executive
Qualifications:
- Male / Female, max 35 years old.
- Min. S1 graduate from any discipline.
- Min 2 years experiences in Shipping / Sea & Air Freight Forwarding industries.
- Strongly sales oriented for export-import sea, air, project.
- Fluently in English Oral & Written.
- Familiar with computerized system (MS Office).
- Hard working and work professional.
- Scope the market and identify potential freight clients from a) existing client base, b) potential new clients.
- Prepare client pricing proposals.
- Work closely with Freight Procurement department to secure freight suppliers (land, sea, and air).
- Collaborate with local management to manage the implementation of new freight and related projects.
- Translate customer’s freight requirements and information into process and documenting them into SOP.
- Together with Operation team to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the freight processes.
- Facilitate responses to customers in timely and effective manner.
- Build and ensure good customer relationship for long term business partnership.
Qualifications:

- Experience in shipping industry.
- Min 3 years experiences in freight procurement for sea & air freight.
- Good command in English both Oral & Written.
- Familiar with computerized system (MS Office).
- Hard working and work professional.
- Scope the freight market and identify potential ocean/air carrier to have discount rate.
- Prepare the workable discount rate from several ocean shipping line and/or airline.
- Work with several ocean shipping lines and/or airlines to secure freight suppliers (land, sea, and air) including qualification of vendor and quotations.
- Work with teams along with Sales & Marketing as part of the bids team on customer request.
- Coordinate with relevant approved vendor/partners in providing excellence customer service.
- Facilitate responses to Sales & Marketing timely and effective manner in freight issues.
- Build and ensure good relationship for long term business partnership with carriers.
