SUPERVISOR INSTRUMENT & CONTROL
Job Descriptions:

• Maintain all machines and fixing the machine if something is broken.
• Organize the job of engineering and delegate their job base on the their capabilities
• As a consultant for an engineering if they found the problem on the machine that can be solved by the engineer
• On going training for engineer below
• Communicate with Managers about the priority of machine that should be fixed first
• Help the engineer to repair a critical machine if the engineer get a difficulty
• Support other Dept. on Organize the new layout

Qualifications:

• Strong in preventive maintenance repairing & adjusting the food machine

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for all aspects of technical matters (product specification, product testing, product evaluation and documentation of test result)
• Have to prepare present & implement solution for product enhancement
• Acting as technical support of production & sales

Qualifications:

• Male/female, 30-40 years
• Should be mature person and degree in Chemical/food technology
• Ideally several years of experience in design, product development or production of food/chemical devices
• Posses good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
• Experience in ISO 9001& 22000/ standard implementation
• Able to read on draft out the technical drawing is a must
• Has a good interpersonal skill and has to be able to manage the working team
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

RECEPTIONIST
Job Descriptions:

• Handling incoming/outgoing telephone, and company’s guests

Job Descriptions:

HEAD OF SECURITY / CHIEF SECURITY
Job Descriptions:

• Take over operational aspects of running security and directing the program
• Assume control of all operational aspects of 2 sites (one factory and one warehouse)
• Control the daily schedule
• Ensure adherence to the security procedures in consultation with International Security Consultancy
• Assist in identifying security force training needs specific to the 2 sites
• Supervises and coordinates activities of guard force.
• Cooperates with police, fire brigade, and other necessary related institution in any problem affecting the establishment.
• Assuring the implementation of company security policies, procedures, programmers or systems for visitor and employee identification and control; safeguarding of the organization's facilities, equipment and materials as well as personnel and property protection.

Qualifications:

• Military or degree background
• 5 – 10 years experience as security
• Preferably experience as POLRI or TNI with last position as “Kelompok Perwira Utama”
• Responsible for managing Security System for whole manufacture.
• Having strong leadership, strategically & analytical ability.
• Exceptional communication & coordination skill, self-motivated, able to thrive in fast paced.
• Spoken English

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Job Descriptions:

• Plan Maintenance annual programs and priorities. Propose annual budget for approval and control expense. Attend to preventive maintenance.
• Manage, control and report Maintenance Programs to ensure priorities are achieved.
• Involved in Plant engineering or improvement projects, liaise with Manufacturing
• Region office, and ensuring project management is conducted as planned
• Organize trouble shoots
• Developed Maintenance Team to their fullest capacity
• Lead and control Safety implementations in Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Male, 35-40 years
• Minimum University degree/S1 from Electrical Engineering preferably, or Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 5 years proven successful track record as Maintenance Head in a factory, preferred from multinational organization (food / chemical industry).
• Familiar with PLC (Programmatic Logic Control) , Preventive Maintenance and TQC (Total Quality Control)
• English proficiency
• Core competencies Self driven, highly committed, enthusiastic, and shows strong leadership.
