We are inviting young Indonesian graduates & professionals to join our company to fill the following positions :

Rotating/Turbine Specialists
Qualifications:

• S1 Degree in Electrical / Mechanical with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.
• Age of maximum are 26 years old & minimum 1 year experience in Rotating or Turbine.
• Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office, familiar with Auto Cad program will be an advantage.
• Good communication in English is a must both written and oral.
• Min. 1 year experience in heavy equipment in order to operate Turbine.
• Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Researches and identifies applications, performance requirements to assure adequacy for the intended function in customer acceptable terms.
• Design, analyze through inspection for witness test at vendor to assure all equipment purchased to meet engineering requirement as customer needed.
• Provide technical assistance and direction for implementation on site as inquiries from customer by using standard operational for all equipment.
• Evaluate and reporting result of survey all travel activities by selecting established vendor to meet company requires.

Project Coordinator (PC)
Qualifications:

• D3 Degree in Engineering with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.
• Age of maximum are 24 years old & minimum 1 year experience in similar position or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Have knowledge of SHE and hold training / seminars certificate of safety will be an advantage.
• Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia for a long term.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handling all administration activity on site and report to management.
• Oversees and supervise manpower and operational on site regarding on the agreements to meet company goals.
• Responsible for involving safety system on site in order to achieve SHE regulations by management procedures and compliance with OHSAS 18001.

Pump Engineer (PE)
Qualifications:

• S1 Degree in Electrical / Mechanical with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.
• Age of maximum are 27 years old & minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
• Have Knowledge of parts and materials in Pump set in Industrial category.
• Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office, familiar with Auto Cad program will be an advantage.
• Good communication in English is a must both written and oral.
• Min. 1 year experience in heavy equipment in order to operate pump set, PLC, understand the application of PUIL, ANSI, NEC, IEE and IEEEE.
• Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia and holding driving license (SIM A) will be an advantage.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Accounting Staff (ACC)
Qualifications:

• S1 Degree in Accounting with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.
• Age of maximum are 26 years old & minimum 1 years experience in similar position.
• Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office, familiar with SAP will be an advantage.
• Energetic and able to work as a team.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Posts accounting documents in manual and computerized records involving receipt, invoices, requisitions, expense record.
• Assists with journal entries, monthly status reports and closings, prepare and input into the general ledger accounting system.
• Reconcile, analyze and adjust general ledger accounts as necessary and maintain accurate support of balance accounts.
• Files and maintains clerical records and reports pertinent to accounting and bookkeeping technical operations

Project Sales Executive (PSE)
Qualifications:

• S1 Degree in Electrical / Mechanical with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.
• Age of minimum are 27 years old & minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
• Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office.
• Good communication in English is a must both written and oral.
• Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills & also negotiation skills.
• Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer relationships for the purpose of retaining or increasing company market share.
• Maintains current knowledge of all business group systems and keeps customers informed.
• Establishes and maintains favorable work relationships with customer and prospects and develops company image as part of sales strategy.
• Expands gross profit and sales volume for an assigned customer by developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Conducts sales calls, makes presentations, provides product support and performs other sales and marketing functions as needed.

Payroll & Admin Officer (PAO)
Qualifications:

• S1 or D3 Degree in Informatics Engineering or Informatics Management with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.
• Female age of maximum are 24 years old & min. 1 year experience in similar position or fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office, familiar with Visual Basic program will be an advantage.
• Good communication in English is a must both written and oral.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Check and entry all data related to expenditure to be paid by the company to employee for the month on progress.
• Calculate tax to be paid for each employee through branch, prepare and distribute all employee income tax return.
• Conduct posting in company book keeping, check the balance of data entry in the journal in appropriate system with SAP program.
• Conduct payment process to employee through the system in cooperation with appointed bank, communicate with the bank should any problems occurred.
• Procedure payment slip, distribute the slip to each employee (coordinate with branch).

Purchasing Staff (PS)
Qualifications:

• Hold Bachelor or Diploma degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or Management with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.
• Age of maximum are 24 years old & minimum 1 years experience in similar position.
• Have Knowledge of parts and materials in heavy equipment would be an advantage.
• Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office.
• Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communications skill.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develops inventory and logistics strategies, policies and procedure for all materials by survey to all vendor to meet company requirement.
• Identifies common items in existing inventory and ensures appropriate inventory management practices.
• Establishes logistical service requirements for materials and equipment used.
• Implements an inventory and logistics network strategy that optimizes end-user material / equipment / service requirements.
• Guidelines policies and procedures for inventory and logistics management control.

Sales Retail Supervisor (SRS)
Qualifications:

• S1 Degree in Electrical / Mechanical with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.
• Age of maximum are 28 years old & minimum 2 year experience in similar position.
• Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office.
• Good communication in English is a must both written and oral.
• Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish maintain and develop business, social and civic relationship with potential customers.
• Plan and organize a sales strategy to analyze the customer needs and interests.

• Performs administrative responsibilities in connection with operation of the sales office as assigned to management.

Trainee Executive (TE)
Qualifications:
