Senior Account Manager (Business Line Paper)
This position will manage a team consisting of sales and lab specialists to ensure the achievement of sales related targets and maximum customer satisfaction and retention. He/She will also identify and explore new opportunities to expand customer base.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science or Chemistry or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years experience in paper industry with excellent paper knowledge
- Good commercial, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong leadership and implementation skills
This position is responsible for servicing an existing client base whilst delivering new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science, Metallurgy or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in mining, oil, or related industries
- The position requires frequent travel to remote areas, as such, a high-level of autonomy and self motivation is required
- Critical skills include fleuncy in English, a high-level of computer literacy and mechanical aptitude
This position is responsible for providing lab services and support to the sales team. Duties include carry out testing and application, analyze and interpret tests result, provide good technical reports, develop lab techniques and procedures and maintain inventory for the lab.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry
- Minimum 3 years of lab application experience, preferably in coating
- Excellent knowledge of lab test methods and operation of lab apparatus
- Proactive and able to prioritize
- Fluent in English with a high level of computer literacy
This position will perform lab activities such as colour matching, conduct lab trial, application and generate report to meet customer requirement. He/She will maintain the lab equipment and assist in providing technical training to customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering
- 2 years lab experience in paper production preferred
- Good knowledge of paper making
- Good analytical and precision skills
- Able to run and assist in mill trials and technical training
