Due to rapid growth, we are currently looking for dynamic and strategic Media Sales Director/Senior Manager to join our team. This role will primarily be responsible for selling online advertising for our affiliate, Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions (MDAS).
The candidate shall engage with potential clients to strategize and demonstrate how our affiliate website can drive revenue to their businesses, pitch new businesses to advertising agencies/direct clients, understand and identify key trends within client markets and industries to meet given sales target. The candidate is expected to understand and be able to articulate the overall business objectives of the sales organization, and its value proposition to the advertising community.

Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Preferably has some exposure in media industry / advertising agency backgrounds
- Established network of clients and strong salesmanship
- Strong PC & internet skills are essential
- Responsive and work well under pressure and tight deadline
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command in written and spoken English

- Self motivated and eager to develop client relationships
- Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to speak and write in English
