Luminary Group - We are a growing company in Property Development (High Rise Building) in Thamrin Area, looking for high quality person to fill the positions:

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Qualifications:

• Male, max 35 years old
• S1 in architecture / interior design
• Min 5 years experienced in high rise building (office/ apartment/commercial)
• Have a good computer skills (CAD, Computer Graphic application)
• Good in English speaking and writing is a must, Mandarin Language is an advantage
• Have an outgoing personality, good communication skill
• Strong commitment, trustworthy and hard worker
• Willingness to work under pressure and long hour if needed

RELATION OFFICER
Qualifications:

• Female/male, age max 35 years
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Having good skill in PR
• Have strong interpersonal skills such as negotiation and networking skills to maintain relationship with the client / agent
• Good looking, active, dynamic, and have an outgoing personality
• Good command of English language, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Having experience in marketing field (property/developer/contractor) is an advantage
• Provide the excellent service to the client / agent which includes company/product information and user guidelines and maintain relationships with client or agent
• Having ability to coordinate job and people.
• Range salary + 5 million
