Senior People Development Manager (SPDM)
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, Psychology is prefered
• Having deep knowledge and exposure on Training, Performance Management, People Development, CBHRM (Competency Based on Human Resource Management) and KPI (Key Performa Indicator)

Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM)
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management/Business Administration, overseas graduate is prefered
• Having strong marketing and business experience
• Excellent relationship building skills, especially with sales teams

Agency Development Executive (ADE)
Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or other equivalent majors
• At least 3 years of working experience in a life insurance or financial services industry, preferably with a background in sales and sales management

Business Development Executive (BDE)
Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in any field, from reputable universities
• Strong interpersonal skill and self-motivated

Account Executive (AE)
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accoutancy/Banking or equivalent, or Master Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Management/Business Administration; overseas graduate is prefered

Secretary (SEC)
Qualifications:

• Min Diploma Degreee in Secretary or any related discipline

Senior Trainer (SR-TR)
Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed outside Jakarta

Campaign Officer (CO) - Customer Marketing
Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in any field

People Development Officer (PDO)
Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology/Business Administration/Degree in Social Science
• Having deep knowledge and exposure on performance management, people development, competency assessment, and talent management

Employe Relations Officer (ERO)
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Having deep knowledge and exposure on Labour Law and Labour Issues

IT Production Controller Staff (COSD)
Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer/Information System/Information Technology
• Able to operate SQL Server

Accounting Staff (AS)
Qualifications:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min 1-2 years experience in the same or related position in Insurance/Banking/Financial Industry is prefered for Entry level
• Min 3-5 years experience in the same or related position in Insurance/Banking/Financial Industry is prefered for Senior/Managerial level
• Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Competent with computer applications (Microsoft-based office)
• Able to work as an individual as well in a team
• Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci area, Tangerang
